Saturday, December 12, 2009 - Fairly low pressure with just a little pop of the cork and a moderate mousse. My penultimate bottle 0f 1990 DP, this has gained a darker hue of hay with time. Fuller flavored with plenty of autolysis rather than lighter brioche favors. Very elegant and supple with integrated acids. Lovely Champagne but approaching the limits of my stylitsic preference for low autolysis and oxidation. Lovers of Krug will continue to enjoy for several years.
