Wednesday, December 23, 2009 - I opened this on the 23rd of December for Elizabeth, Devin and Kristin. I had to take a swig before passing it on. There were quite a few citrus aromas right off the top. It was a pale golden yellow in color and I was not expecting much. It was a lot thicker than I expected and had a big pleasant minerally feel and taste. This can definitely hang out a while and I am glad we have about 4 of these left. To bad they enjoyed it with homemade tacos. It was a good meal.
