Saturday, October 2, 2004 - Enjoyed tonight at a favourite restaurant. The lighting is very dim so I was unable to really discern the color of this wine. Immediaely the nose is what strikes you. It is extremely aromatic revealing notes of black fruits and flowers. The mouth feel is medium to full-bodied with a perfect balance of tannin and acidity. This wine will age well for at least another 10 years.
