Saturday, January 9, 2010 - Almost 4 hours after pouring into decanter, this is a very smooth, but simple wine. The first 1-1.5 hours it was very rough. Maybe it will age and become more interesting, or maybe between 1.5 and 4 hours it tasted better (we went out to dinner).
