Sunday, January 10, 2010 - Still closed on the nose, opens up a little bit after 4 hours with a more classic Medoc nose of cedar, lead pencil, blackberries and undergrowth. Sweeter than I remembered in the attack, but quite acid and tannic, typical for the vintage I suppose. OK with food if you decant it 3-4 hours.
