Friday, January 22, 2010 - A great Napa Cab. This is still very youthful with abundant blackberry, cherry, and currants notes accompanied by fennel and vanilla. Surprisingly, I drank this over three days (storing in the refrigerator with Argon) and it kept improving each day.
