Saturday, February 13, 2010 - The wine of the night. A femine style Mouton, leather, black currants, long finish that is drinking nicely at this point. Very nice with Reversed Stuffed Boneless Loin of Lamb, Bordeaux Truffle Demi-glass, Parisian Potatoes, Fried Haricots Verts.
