Sunday, February 14, 2010 - I've been very negative about Zind Humbrecht recently, but this was fabulous. Full yellow. Scintillating nose of sweet orange, pineapple, honey, and some early petrol. Lush, fairly sweet with vibrant fruit and spice, but what is amazing is that the acidity gives it a crystalline clarity that cuts right through its richness. Brilliant bottle.
