DAY 2 - really opened up to high-toned dark cherry fruit and a beautiful express of minerality. that high-toned fruit makes me think of nebbiolo. quite the subtle herbal sagebrush note across the nose. palate shows a bit more youthful with a light astringent note on the finish. dark cherry fruit and some tabacco leaf. that herbal presence shows itself on the finish as well. buy.
