Monday, February 15, 2010 - had this with vanilla/saffron couscous with shrimp. When first opened, a little oaky (I mourn the passing of the first Flowers chardonnays I first had, light, floral, fruity; so sad). Once the food was served, the oak seemed to have burned off. Paired wonderfully with the meal. The last bottle I could find.
