Wednesday, March 3, 2010 - Slightly opaque, garnet color, with a lot of rim variation and almost no sediment. No flaws. Low fruit intensity and medium earth intensity. Organic nose with some odors of purple flowers and roses, plums, blackberry, raspberry, leather, herbs, and spices. Dry. Low acid, tannin, and alcohol content. Medium finish. We found it fairly simple to slightly complex in simplicity and an amazing wine.
