Friday, March 12, 2010 - Love this wine! Clear golden yellow. Citrus/grapefruit on the nose. Like a Sauvignon Blanc, but smoother and silkier on the palate, with hints of some peach. Very refreshing and drinkable. Had with spicy Cajun food. Understand this is the grape which Cognac is made from! What a treat.
