Monday, March 22, 2010 - 14.5% ABV. Dark garnet, opaque in the glass. Sweet smelling with a nuance of vanilla creme brulee in the toasty oak. Rich with mocha, mint, and black fruit. Coming back to it I noticed a touch of cocoa/chocolate. Nice richness and complexity.
