Friday, April 16, 2010 - A nose of smoke and bramble lead to somewhat funky flavors of burnt coffee grounds, bitters, sage and orange peel. It has a roasted character, which is not itself unpleasant, but there's not enough substance underneath. It thins out quickly and becomes rather insipid.
