Friday, February 19, 2010 - This really opened up nicely and quickly. Hot day and served with a sausage casserole. The food somewhat surprisingly brought the wine out and tamed it a little. Floral notes but not overpowering like previous note. Body felt spot on. Acidity excellent giving a nice dry feel. Good smooth finish. Worth another go with a rich, spicy food I think.
