Monday, April 26, 2010 - This wine needs to breath. I would open and let sit for at least 1 1/2 hours. Or age for another 2 years. This is a nice earthy Italian cabernet that I think with time will be closer to a 90. There is some nice fruit in this wine. It just is not ready. Do not pop and pour.
