Saturday, May 8, 2010 - Big wine. Less oak and more fruit than I expected. Great mouth feel with finish that goes on for at least thirty seconds. Tannins are very soft - this is ready to drink now for sure. Paired with Colorado rack of lamb with mint/basil pesto and it worked beautifully.
