Friday, May 21, 2010 - 30 min air but it opened fully only after 2+ hours. Intense black current nose and (sorry for that) vegetable soup !? Intense ruby colour and almost full bodied cherry bomb with later some spices and long finish. Great chewiness – great wine. Ready to drink or maybe keep for another 2-3 years. My mistake no to have the HB with a steak!
