Monday, June 14, 2010 - Red fruits, Bacon, animal, pebber, spicy. True Syrah and Nothern Rhone character. Medium bodied and rather soft and maybe laking a little bite and structure to be truely great. But certainly very good and went well with a sirloin dear steak in bordelaise sauce.
