Friday, July 2, 2010 - nose is a stained leather. Plum and sweet apple taste with some smoke on the swallow. Well balanced not to much alcohol. ready to drink today. Though I think that it could last for three or four years. I matched it with some whole wheat pasta with a meat sauce. Went really well actually.
