Sunday, July 4, 2010 - Decanted 2 hours. Dark fruit and licorice on the nose. Black raspberry and tea on the palate with some garrigue on the long finish. Very smooth end to end with well integrated tannins; nicely crafted. Drinking well now, and has the stuffing to last many years. Paired nicely with grilled lamb chops and roasted vegetables.
