Monday, July 5, 2010 - What a treat. Drank from a 375. Cork came out relatively easy. Color was predictably light brown with a fair amount of sediment. Nose was reminiscent of a tawny port, with prune and toffee shining through. Palate was quite enjoyable with plenty of smokiness and toast, and a very long finish.
