Saturday, January 16, 2010 - Deep glossy amber. Vibrant and aromatic with raisins, figs and orange peel. Rich, complex and syrupy with brown sugar, stewed figs and prunes, coffee and chocolate. Long sticky toffee pudding flavour in the finish.
