Friday nights bottle(along with an uninspiring merlot) at VOLT was a concession really, to an underwhelming overpriced list with decidedly mediocre wine service...multiple wines on the list were available only in different vintages. The food at volt ranks in the top cadre of US restaurants and is worth a special trip.
