Monday, March 20, 2006 - Lovely light golden syrup colour. Syrupy, honeyed, buttercup nose with a tangy note of citrus peel. Smooth entry with sharp lemon acidity; giving way to thick, creamy sweetness before echoes of the sharpness come back to the finish. Very acute and electric finish, long and tingling. Absoultely delicious and highly refreshing.
