Thursday, August 5, 2010 - California Wine Tasting Adventure; 8/2/2010-8/6/2010 (Napa, Sonoma): Tasted at winery. Nice proprietary blend. Dark color. Red fruit on nose, with some mocha and cocoa underneath. Palate had initial red fruit with some darker berries, plum and a hint of tobacco. Smooth fine tannins with nice moderate finish. Tasty wine for what it is. Lacked a bit of concentration and depth.
