Sunday, May 28, 2006 - Color is dark garnet/purple to the rim. Nose shows sweet dark plum, roasted coffee, and charred oak. On the palate, there is ample cassis/dark fruit up front framed by graphite, cedar, and charry oak. Drinks pretty well for a young wine, but will need 5 or so years to settle down a bit.
