Sunday, August 15, 2010 - Deep garnet color. Opens with white pepper and black cherry notes, turning to blackberry, plum and dark fruit with time in the glass. Currant and dark fruit flavors, subtle cured meat tone too; drying tannins harden across the finish. Developed some nice spicy oak tones.
