Sunday, September 5, 2010 - Green tinged gold. A nice whiff of clean white fruits on the nose. Tangy, mineral driven on the palate with good acid/fruit balance. This opened up nicely over 2 hours and showed that earthy minerality that I like in Chassagnes. Not overly complex but good drinking right now and I think a few more years of improvement.
