Tuesday, September 7, 2010 - Bought upon release and stored properly. Decanted for 2 hours before tannins began to give. Loved the nose and feel in the mouth. Anise, cherry, rich, and lingering for 30-45 seconds. Set aside for another 90 minutes and it completed opened up to a wonderful lip smacking yummy experience. Am so glad I have several bottles remaining as this vintage year is truly superb. The wine has improved in the past 2 years and I expect it to have a very long life still.
