Tuesday, September 21, 2010 - All fruit in the nose, and plenty in the mouth as well. Cherry cider fresh from the press. Chantrelle mushrooms and honey graham crackers are two flavor elements that stick out to me in my favorite Oregon pinots; they're both here. Nice acidity. Nice balance. Nice finish. This is what Oregon pinot is all about. A dance that kept on dancing from pop to dregs. One of the best bottles of wine I've had this year.
