Saturday, September 25, 2010 - This bottle opened up with aromas of plum, raisin and chocolate. With time hints of sea air, chalk dust and undergrowth came forward, which added a great deal to its complexity. On the palate, I found black currants and cinnamon with a hint of green bell pepper, which led to a long rich dark chocolate covered cherry finish.
