Brought to dinner at The Steakhouse at Harrah's Reno and decanted for about 45 mins before the main course. Shows a powerful and rich nose of earth, tobacco and blackberries. The aromas just waft out of the decanter and had the people at the next table asking us what wine we were drinking. Takes about 30 mins to relax in the glass and then shows a wonderfully complex palate of fruit, earth and tannins that are just starting to integrate. Fantastic bottle.
