Friday, October 29, 2010 - Gold-ish color. Nose shows a lot of hay, some apricot, even a little honey. Not very well-versed in CdP Blanc, which is why i picked it up. I felt like it showed a lot of age, and begged for food. Paired well with a hearty fish dish. Nice body, could use a little acidity to brighten and crisp it up a bit.
