Monday, November 1, 2010 - Wow! This was yellow-gold in color with a beautiful if slightly reticent nose. Ethereal on the palate, some apple notes along with Ramonet mintiness. On day 2, this picked up palate intensity, gaining fruit without losing its elegance. Really special.
