Thursday, June 29, 2006 - This needed a good 1 hour of decanting to allow for a pungent hot vegetal aroma to blow off but once it did it was fantastic. Tasted a little young but everything seemed in balance. Not going to give it am official score as I've tasted only a few straight cab francs but 88-90.
