On the palate, this has a slightly briny character that borders on mineral with a pineapple and lemon core that shows some quince-like flavors on a medium-long finish. A slight nutty note starts to appear with time in the glass, but this is holding nicely and has much more cut than the 2002 and 2003 right now. Ready and not getting any better. Drink.
