Thursday, November 25, 2010 - Golden yellow color. Superb sweet tropical nose. Layers of flavor on the palate: kiwi, apple, pineapple, honey and lavender. Long finish and full body. Strong acidity went beautifully with our Thanksgiving dinner; better with food than alone. This will keep for awhile, but it's probably not getting any better. Drink over the next year or two.
