Saturday, November 27, 2010 - Decanted 2 hours. Tons of sediment. New world in style. Except for acidity, which was a bit light, in total harmony. Pure Ripe Black Cherry, Blackberry fruit with a very small hint of oak. Smooth tannins. Drinking great at this point in it's life.
