Saturday, April 29, 2006 - Four decades of Mondavi Reserve Cabernet (Seattle, WA): The nose is somewhat acrid and harsh, already showing signs of brett. Mmm, the palate is nice though, chewy, a tannic brute, maybe a bit of heat. This is a serious wine, and it needs some time to calm down and open up.
