Saturday, December 25, 2010 - Fantastic deep cherry red. A very well balanced wine (after decanting for ~1 hour) between the deep fruits, slight oak and very smooth tannins. This wonderful tasting wine paired very well with our Christmas dinner (Prime Rib, Garlic Mashed, etc.) I almost want to consume the 2nd bottle, but I willing to let this age another year +
