Monday, December 27, 2010 - Decanted an hour or so and drank over the next 3. Nose of cherries and vanilla. Add some spice and lots of oak to the taste and thats that. Terrific mouth feel leads to light tannins and low acidity on finish. Enjoyable for sure but
not sure if it will integrate further, I hope it will.
