Tuesday, December 28, 2010 - A nice looking, deep ruby color, 90% saturated with average legs. A bit of bramble at the pop but it settled into a creamy malo aroma with notes of plum and blackcurrant, butter cookie, oak and overall, a bit reticent. Very primary, with jammy fruit upfront and some vanilla infused tannins bringing up the finish. Not bad for the $, and I'll bet that it drinks better next summer. 5+9+14+7 = 85
