Thursday, January 20, 2011 - An elegant and refined syrah. Very strong flavor profile with brambly pepper and spice notes. Bright acidity throughout. A little taut at first, this gained some body with air without being too overbearing or jammy. Very well made and a good example of what's possible in WA. I look forward to my next bottle from Gramercy.
