Sunday, January 23, 2011 - Decanted for about an hour before dinner. Surprisingly young and primary with red and black berries predominant. The fruit is sweet and slightly jammy, but not too much for my palate. Upon opening there were savory notes of green olive and bacon, but these took more of a background role with air. Drinking nicely now, but I won't open another bottle for a few years.
