Friday, February 4, 2011 - 2nd and last bottle from my cellar consumed at local byob w/lamb. Popped and poured after an hour. I liked it, but not as much as first bottle. Still dark purple and nice nose of plum and herbs. Earthy smooth, balanced palate with sour cherry, cedar, crushed stones and a hint of tar. No tannins, but alas not a lot of fruit either. Probably will live on for a long time, but ready to drink now.
