Sunday, February 6, 2011 - Bright golden colour, like liquid sun. Nose of honeysuckle, lime and melon. All these in the mouth too, but honey not honeysuckle of course. Hay and something nicely bitter. Minerality and fairly high acidity. Clean and fresh still, good length. Maybe lacking a little in depth or concentration. Nice balance, fine flavours. Very enjoyable wine, some depth and a lot of originality.
