Tuesday, December 21, 2010 - Opened for my birthday and what a present. Fabulous nose of blackberries, vanilla, chocolate, plum and clay. On the palate is cherry-vanilla, anise, cinnamon, cigar box, white chocolate and caramel. Long, lingering finish. Great harmony, balance and complexity.
