Saturday, March 5, 2011 - With salmon.... A viscous medium yellow. Nose is showing toasted hazelnuts, citrus, marzipan, honey. But the striking thing is the minerality here, and the endless finish. A wine sculpted from granite. Best in fifteen years but better than I initially thought.
