Saturday, August 12, 2006 - Wow. Not like any other Aussie Cab I've had before. An aggressive nose of cassis jumps out the glass with raspberries notes to follow on the nose after some decanting. More cassis and raspberries liqueur on the smooth velvety palate. Low acidity and undetectable tannins make this a ready to drink treat. A really fun wine with a long finish. 93 points for me
